RETURN POLICY

UNWORN AND UNUSED ITEMS

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Mr. Strappy cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the item to assist with assessment.

Please read the recommended care instructions for all Mr. Strappy items, as those considered faulty due to reasonable general wear and tear or customer mistreatment will not be considered for replacement.

SALE ITEMS

Please choose carefully, as all clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.

Mr. Strappy reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.
