IN WHAT PACKAGING WILL MY PURCHASE BE DELIVERED?

All straps will arrive in a branded envelope within a protective bubble wrap package.

CAN I INCLUDE A PERSONALISED GIFT MESSAGE WITH MY PURCHASE?

Yes, please email info@mrstrappy.com.au at the time of order with your gift message. Messages are hand written & included with your purchase.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Currently, Mr. Strappy is only shipping within Australia.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

After your order is placed, you will receive a notification to your email account that your order has been received. Items are then prepared for dispatch, at which point a notification to your email account regarding the shipment information will be sent.

AM I ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Sure! Upon dispatch, you will receive a notification via email that includes full tracking information for your parcel.
